Which platform does GobotEA run on?
GobotEA v6.6.2 is built for MetaTrader 5 (MT5). It's compatible with most MT5 brokers and all forex pairs, gold, and indices.
How many machines can one PRO licence be used on?
Each PRO licence is bound to a single machine ID. You can revoke it and move it to a different machine any time from your dashboard at gobotfx.com.
How does BB Auto-Close work?
When BB Auto-Close is enabled, the EA checks each order's entry price against the current BB band. A BUY with entry above the Upper Band, or a SELL with entry below the Lower Band, gets closed automatically — keeping only the orders that sit inside the band.
Can I run multiple EAs on the same chart?
GobotEA already gives you 3 independent slots, so you shouldn't need multiple EAs. Each slot does need its own magic number so the EA can correctly identify its orders.
Does the FREE edition expire?
No. The FREE edition is completely free with no time limit. You can use it forever with 2 slots and the 2 Grid Total TP strategies.
